Refund Policy

At Lucenti, we do not accept refunds.

You may exchange your item free of charge if it arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part. In the case of an error on our part, the exchange will only be for the item you originally ordered.

If you wish to exchange the item for any other reason, an exchange fee of 70 DH applies (covering round-trip shipping).

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After this period, no exchange will be accepted, even in the case of an error on our part.
