Who we are

Lucenti is a Morocco-based maison of leather goods, ready-to-wear and accessories. For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at ibrahimwf36@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Order details — name, phone number, delivery address, city, and any delivery notes you provide. We collect this to process, ship, and follow up on your order.
  • Technical data — your IP address (stored as a one-way hash, never in readable form) and browser/device information. Used to prevent duplicate view counts on our product pages and to help detect fraudulent orders.
  • Campaign data — if you arrive from an ad or shared link, we note which campaign, source, and content brought you here. Used to understand which of our ads and campaigns actually lead to sales.

Who we share data with

We use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure the performance of our ads and show relevant ads to past visitors. This involves sending Meta a one-way hashed version of your contact details (never your raw name, phone, or address) along with technical identifiers such as your browser ID and IP address. Your order details are also relayed to our internal order-management system so our team can prepare and ship your order. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Payment & security

We only offer Cash on Delivery, so we never collect or store any card or banking details. All traffic to our site is encrypted (HTTPS). Personal data sent to Meta is hashed with SHA-256 before it ever leaves our server, and access to order data in our admin dashboard is restricted and password-protected.

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle any after-sales issues, and meet our accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to it being used for marketing purposes, at any time by emailing ibrahimwf36@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Morocco, the CNDP).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
